Nancy arrived right on time for her interview on Friday and we parted about an hour later with the clear understanding that I would like to hire her and that she would send me her schedule the following day. It is now Tuesday morning and I haven't heard a word. I thought we'd connected well and was looking forward to working with her. Unfortunately, I really need a very dependable person whom I can count on doing what they say they're going to do, and that hasn't been my experience with Nancy.
