About Morgan

One thing I love about working with kids is seeing their curiosity for life and learning new things! I've been working in childcare professionally for almost 7 years now. I started in high school and college working as a Teacher's Aide for two different daycares. One of the preschool teachers recommended me as a personal nanny to family who has graduated from the daycare and I cared for their kids for two years. I still keep in touch with the family even today. Another family from the daycare recommended me to a different family and I also cared for their kids as a nanny for 2 years too. I became a Lead Toddler Teacher at a new daycare after that. I led and taught lessons. I also created fun crafts for the kids to explore. My skills include being able to read a room well and figure out how I can best offer support to the family and children, and experience knowing how to handle and communicate with kids whether they have big feelings or when needing to redirect them to a new thing.
