About Moorea

Children have taught me how to look into this life with a spirit that glistens with positivity and hope. I believe my creativity is thriving within me because I have been able to express myself through different forms of artistic communication. . Being physically active through sports is also another form of art in the lens of physical science. In college I studied theatre and film and I am now working towards a graduate degree in expressive/creative arts therapy. My education has taught me about developmental phases of life in humans and how to incorporate artistic exercises/directives to give children the opportunity to freely express themselves wherever they may be at. I am looking forward to further applying these skills with this population through play, attentive listening, compassion, and providing a safe space.
