About Chelsea

I'm 29 years old and a mom to a 3-year-old. I have a long history of childcare, I started babysitting for family at 14 and working on the weekends in childcare at 16. From there I worked as a nanny through college, getting school aged children off the bus, assisting with homework, transporting them to different activities, cooking dinners and assisting in maintaining the household. I have a plethora of early childhood learning experience, spent 3 years as an infant/toddler teacher at a private daycare. Organizing age appropriate activities that included sensory activities, art, physical activities, and music, all led by teaching through play. I have helped children grow through their different stages of development and have a deep understanding of how to best handle each age and stage, emotionally, physically and cognitively. I have a clean record, sound driving history and excellent references! Ideally, I am looking for a position where I can bring him with me.
