About Molly

Hi! My name is Molly. I'm 29 years old, recently married, and have been a professional nanny for 12 years. I've worked with children of all ages, primarily newborns through age 8, and I'm currently looking for the perfect family fit! I love engaging little ones in fun, enriching activities like arts & crafts, swimming, reading, and anything outdoors. I have experience with sleep training, potty training, and tuning into what a child needs by getting down on their level-helping them feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I also value the importance of boundaries, and I work to create a balanced environment that encourages both trust and respect. For the past 5. 5 years, I've been with my current nanny family full-time, but with their kiddos heading to school this fall, I'm now looking for my next position.
