I am extremely handy and can do a myriad of odd jobs. I hung all the fans and lights in my house. I have painted interior rooms and ceilings in homes. I had a client that needed an outdoor stair lowered and stabilized. I lowered the stair and stabilized the stair deck, it took me 45 minutes and months later has not shifted. I installed a new garbage disposal in my kitchen. I assembled my outside standing propane heater. I am very organized and methodical in my approach yet work quickly and very efficient. I am very reasonable and if the job is above my skill sets, I won't take the job. It's got to be a win-win. If I can't accomplish the best job possible, I will pass. It's only fair. Obviously, basic jobs; mail, errands, etc. are no problem at all.
