About Michelle

I'd describe my personality as attentive, ability to calm a situation, and fun! I like working with kids because I have always wanted to help kids grow. I have my bachelors in health concentrated in maternal and child health along with going back for my nursing degree to work in pediatrics. I started working with kids when my mom had my youngest brother (now 12) when I was about 11 years old. My close friends have a 6-month-old who I help with when they both work. In my spare time, I like to go rock climbing, go to the gym, and go to Northshore Park to relax and hammock. One thing you should know about me is that I am a quick learner and care for each child's needs. I can quickly adapt to any situation. My skills include understanding the needs to a child, being able to communicate with parents effectively, and being able to multitask.
