About Michelle

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, reliable, and compassionate. I like working with kids because they bring me fresh perspectives that I often don't find in adults, as we've already been educated on social norms. Kids are smart and compassionate, and allow you to broaden your worldview and perhaps help you paint a brighter, more colorful picture! I started working with kids when I was in junior year of high school, when my neighbor asked me to tutor her second grader. It was a great learning experience for me that I cherish because it taught me life skills that I wouldn't have learned elsewhere. In my spare time, I like to watch movies and read! It's important to me to engage in content that makes me strengthen my critical thinking skills. I also enjoy trying new restaurants with friends, so that I can broaden my palate and gain new appreciations for different cultures!
