I have done in home daycare when my children were little. I have worked with children with Autism, spina bifida, emotional disorders, speech delays, ADD and ADHD and cerebral palsy. I have also worked with special needs children through my church, mostly with Autism and deafness and am currently working with a 9 yr old boy who's main disability is Cerebral Palsy, but he is also legally blind and has a seizure disorder. I do know a little sign language as well, mostly just words, not really able to communicate fully at this time, but am willing to learn more. I have always been drawn to special needs children. I love to help them learn and grow as much as I can. I am very open to more training and be able to work with your child's needs.

Michelle is very kind, caring and compassionate. She always arrives on time and does an excellent job caring for my 9 year old son who has severe mental and physical disabilities. Besides childcare, Michelle has provided other services such as laundry, learning and developmental activities, organizing of my son's bedroom and medications, meals/bathing and light cleaning. Michelle has also provided after school pick up and private after school activities. I love that she does not smoke or drink. She is very resourceful and professional. She is also volunteered to take continuing education courses to learn more about children with special needs. My family is very pleased with her services.
