Michala has been an incredible support in our co-parenting setup. Navigating that kind of dynamic can be hard to say the least, but she’s handled everything with so much respect. She’s been reliable, thoughtful, and incredibly grounded.She really sees what’s needed in the moment, whether that’s structure, flexibility, or just a calming presence, and shows up consistently and without drama. It’s clear she genuinely cares for everyone involved. I feel really lucky to have found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone. especially those navigating more complex family dynamics. Wish she was still in the Richmond area!
