Manu has been taking care of our 3 year old daughter for the last year and she has been one of the most amazing caregivers to our daughter. We have had multiple Nannie's over the years but Manu is special. She is patient, caring and very easy to get along with. Our daughter loves her. Our daughter had a tough year behavior wise and Manu was instrumental in getting her through it with love but also loving boundaries. She has a child psychology degree and it has been amazing watching her help our 3 year old learn about emotions and how to deal with toddler frustrations. We love that she got onboard with our parenting style right away and she has been amazing at implementing Montessori philosophy at home with our daughter as our daughter goes to a Montessori nearby. She is a great driver too! Drove our daughter in DC and Arlington every day.
