Throughout middle school, a student in my class who has Fragile X was always someone my friends and I would help around and communicate with/play basketball outside with. I watched him and his sister many times over the summer. I also helped with Special Olympics Basketball practices and competitions teaching special needs kids how to shoot, dribble, and play basketball. Through these experiences and meeting the special needs kids throughout my past high school years, I have grown a love for working with special needs kids.

Michaela has been watching my boys for two years in the evenings and on weekends. They LOVE her and cheer every time they see her! She's very active with them. Michaela has always been on time and very, very reliable. I can't possibly say enough good things about her. I also have two dogs and they love her as well!
