Miarra is currently our full time nanny (although we are out of town for a month), and we could not recommend her more highly. She is always on time, really easy to talk to, and seems to really enjoy spending time with our (17-month-old) twins. She engages actively with them and their toys, reads to them, takes them to the park, and is responsive to all of our requests - and our kids get excited when she shows up in the morning, so we feel totally safe leaving them in her care.
