Ana worked with our family for three years, and, in short, we adore her. It's with a heavy heart that we're parting ways, as our family is relocating. Ana initially took care of our older daughter in a nanny share from age 6 months to a little over a year. Our share family moved with their son to Sacramento, so Ana took care of our daughter solo for another year until our daughter went to preschool. Ana then transitioned to watching our younger daughter who was four months old in a nanny share with another family who also had an infant boy. Ana has been watching those two for over a year now. When we think about what we'll miss as we leave San Francisco, Ana is at the top of the list. She is a ray of sunshine walking into our home every day. Our kids absolutely love her. Our three year old was pretty upset when we told her that Ana would no longer be seeing us every day. We've all grown extremely attached to Ana, and whichever family ends up working with her will be very lucky.
