About Mia

Hi there! I'm a recent law school graduate (summa cum laude, full scholarship) and new mom who's moved back to central Illinois to be closer to family. I'm looking for part-time tutoring opportunities to bring in a little extra income-and because I truly love teaching. Throughout college and law school, I consistently tutored students in math, reading, and science, and I even assisted in homeschooling two middle schoolers weekly. I also served as a teaching assistant in law school and was an active part of the academic community. I'm organized, patient, and great at breaking down complex concepts in a way that makes learning less stressful and more rewarding.
