I have been an occupational therapist for 40 years. I have worked with children for 39 of those years. I enjoy working with children - all types. Obviously, I have worked with children with special needs - infants, children with developmental delays, orthopedic or genetic anomalies. All the children with whom I have worked enjoyed playing, sleeping and eating. Sometimes, doing these activities required some adaptations or creativity, but I was challenged by it.
