Marge is a wonderful caregiver! I interviewed her when mom first needed 24/7 care and really felt a connection with her. Unfortunately we couldn't get our schedules to mesh, so we didn't hire her at that time. Whenever we had an opening, I would ask our care manager to reach out and see if by any chance Marge was available. Lucky for us, Marge was eventually able to join our team. She was a dedicated caregiver and frequently helped out with covering open shifts. Marge was caring and compassionate toward mom, and developed a nice relationship with her. She is an experienced caregiver who worked hard to do her best and make moms life better. We're forever grateful for that!
