Martie has been an exceptional nanny and we have been thrilled to have her. Martie took care of our baby girl for 3 months (from 9 months old - 12 months). Martie was our first nanny and it was intimidating to find someone to not only be in our home, but take care of our most precious baby. Since day one, Martie has been easy to communicate with, reliable, calm and confident. Her voice soothes even me! Our daughter is a huge fan of her and has started to look around the house for Martie on the days she's not here. I have also really appreciated Martie's partnership in discussing what's best for our baby. I'm a first time mom and I really benefited from Martie's experience (as a mother and a career nanny) when problem-solving for our baby. We have to temporarily relocate, and I am so bummed it means we have to give up Martie. I hope we can work together in the future, and I highly recommend Martie. She's a gift to any family she works with!
