About Marissa

I love working with children. I was a nanny while putting myself through school, then became a primary teacher for several years. I decided to take some time off before my own daughter started kindergarten and ended up back nannying and homeschooling. I am very outgoing, and hands on! I love learning along side youth, and watching kids grown and learn as they experience the world around them! I love teaching and enjoy finding out how to best help children learn through their passions. I don't just play, I help them grow. From fine/gross motor skills to academics I enjoy figuring out how to help each individual child thrive in the way they learn best.
