We met Erika through care.com. I liked the way she communicated and followed up. When I met her I instantly got a good feeling and her experience in Healthcare and CPR certified gave me peace of mind. She has been taking care of my 9 month old baby for about 2 months now. She is reliable. On time and follows through. I dont worry during the day when my daughter is with Erika. Her being a mother and having experience with different ages groups and with NICU babies was a bonus. I would highly reccomend Erika. She's a great person inside and out.
