Vicky has been an integral part of our family, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. First and foremost, she is a wonderful caregiver for our son. He lights up when he sees her, and we trust her completely with him. She is very experienced with infants and jumped right in to take care of our son when he was just three months old. She does a fantastic job encouraging his development with new activities and has been very helpful in establishing routines and a nap schedule. Vicky is also a joy to have in our home. She is always cheerful and goes above and beyond what we ask of her. She has a car and has been consistently on time for our history working together and is great about being flexible as needed. She is also wonderful with our dog, which is a huge help. Vicky is proficient in English and fluent in Spanish, which is her first language.
