Although she is super sweet and flexible, she called out of work 5 times in 5 months and was late a few times. Overall was on time when she came to work. She agreed to job expectations but later felt the job expectations were unfair and too much once she was actually working and did not communicate this dissatisfaction in any way. Agreed to household chores in order to get the hours she wanted but later felt taken advantage of for doing this. Spent a lot of time texting and talking on the phone while caring for my kids. Poor communication when she had issues with the job. Overall, she would be great for simple babysitting jobs but not for nannying. She promotes herself with having educational experience with teaching kids. She did a fair job at teaching but this not a strong asset of hers.
