I Would Like To Be The One Who Takes Care Of Your Children

Hello My name is Maria I'm 23 years old Venezuelan I'm looking to care after kids and apply my knowledge in this since I have past experience. Back in my home country I always worked with kids in kindergartens. I am very loving, patient and outgoing and love having lots activities that your children will find entertaining. I love arts and crafts as well as reading and video games. I believe children need engaging activities, as well as, fun to make life long memories. I'm an honest and friendly woman with a likable personality I can prepare meals. I also do some Spanish teaching. I love pets. I'm also contented being at home, doing arts and crafts or baking. I'd love the opportunity to care after your kid. Have a good day!

Although she is super sweet and flexible, she called out of work 5 times in 5 months and was late a few times. Overall was on time when she came to work. She agreed to job expectations but later felt the job expectations were unfair and too much once she was actually working and did not communicate this dissatisfaction in any way. Agreed to household chores in order to get the hours she wanted but later felt taken advantage of for doing this. Spent a lot of time texting and talking on the phone while caring for my kids. Poor communication when she had issues with the job. Overall, she would be great for simple babysitting jobs but not for nannying. She promotes herself with having educational experience with teaching kids. She did a fair job at teaching but this not a strong asset of hers.

Highly Educated And Motivated Professional Looking To Continue Teaching And Caring For Children

I grew up in Colombia moved to the U. S. about 5 years ago to spend more time with my kids and grand kids. Both my sons and their families live in Marietta, and my daughter just graduated from medical school and is pursuing her residency program in Houston, TX. I have over 5 years of experience as a nanny from newborns to 7 years old. I have extensive teaching experience as well, having over 25 years experience as an administrator and professor at multiple Universities. I take time to understand the individual child and their emotional and developmental needs. I am comfortable watching over more than one child at a time. I am hardworking, dependable, responsible, and flexible. I place importance on teaching and treating children with kindness and love. I'm looking for an opportunity to work with children to provide them with a loving and caring atmosphere as well as using my skills to encourage and support their development.

Ana is an excellent nanny. She has taken care of our little one from the age of 5 months to present (14 months). Our daughter lights up with a big smile when Ana comes over to the house. She is dependable, always on time, and provides a safe and fun environment for play and education. She provides daily reports on specific milestones, meal time, diaper changes, teething, etc., which we found to be very helpful in our LOs development. She taught our daughter sign language and some Spanish. Ana is amazing!!

Our goal is to develop engaged and independent thinkers who embrace community, responsibility and leadership. Our certified teachers strive to inspire a joy of learning, academic success, intellectual excitement, emotional well-being, and creativity in every student. It is with confidence, joy, compassion and leadership that school students venture forth on their unique journeys to make a difference in the world.
The Montessori Method of education, developed by Dr. Maria Montessori, is a child-centered educational approach based on scientific observations of children from birth to adulthood. The first Montessori school the Casa dei Bambini, or Children's House was established in Rome on January 6, 1907. Dr. Montessori's Method has been time tested, with over 100 years of success in diverse cultures throughout the world.
The classroom is prepared by the teacher to encourage independence, freedom within limits, and a sense of order. The child, through individual choice, makes use of what the environment offers to develop himself, interacting with the teacher when support and/or guidance is needed.
