Hello! I am a high school severe special education teacher for students with multiple disabilities (and with plenty of teenage antics). During the summer I work part-time with a community ABA/behaviorally-based program for kids with autism. I am also the Unified/Special Olympics head basketball coach at my high school. My previous teaching positions in California included a middle school program for students with autism (with more of those becoming-a-teenager antics...) and an elementary k-5 teacher for students with severe autism. Before moving to Denver last summer, I had the opportunities to work with several kids and young adults in Los Angeles in many capacities (caregiver, companion, outside activities provider, tutor, and sometimes just helping my kiddos navigate life). At this time, I am only looking for occasional babysitting jobs (possibly regular once weekly if flexible).

Mandy is absolutely wonderful. After never having hired someone to watch our children before, I was your typical nervous parent. She put me at complete ease. Both of my kids adore her, and my daughter has mentioned more than once how much more fun she is at playing than me. (Ha ha!) What a gem. Mandy, we are lucky to have you!
