I am qualified and experienced in tutoring students of all ages (elementary through college) in a range of topics including chemistry, math, physics, and more. I graduated with honors from Pitzer College with a BA in chemistry and environmental analysis and a minor in studio art. I am passionate about fostering a nurturing and supportive learning environment for students who may feel discouraged by their STEM classes. I integrate creative solutions with hands-on learning to assist each unique student in their understanding of the material. I also have worked in an infant daycare for young student mothers and mentored children with special needs in a theater production. I also love animals and have a cat of my own named Buster.
