Lucy is very friendly and puts her client at ease. She is always punctual and finishes all her tasks before leaving. She is responsible for helping an elderly woman with showers, dressing, preparing food, light housekeeping, laundry and grocery shopping. Her client has one leg amputated mid-calf, and when she prepares her client for bed, she removes her prosthetic foot. Lucy also helps her client with bookkeeping for a property management company.
