About Lorena

I have a deep respect and appreciation for older adults. I was raised in a family that values elders, and I believe seniors are true life teachers full of wisdom, experience, and insight. I have two grandmothers, aged 95 and 96, who live in another country, and I miss them dearly. That connection to my own family has inspired me to care for others' loved ones with the same love, patience, and attention. I'm currently studying psychology, with a focus on emotional health and human connection. This has strengthened my ability to listen deeply, be present with others, and understand the emotional and mental needs that often come with aging. I enjoy reading, doing puzzles, and cooking healthy meals all of which I love to share with those I care for. As a certified yoga teacher, I specialize in restorative yoga for people with limited mobility or medical conditions such as stroke recovery. My sessions are gentle, mindful, and focused on comfort and relaxation.
