I am a registered nurse and clinical development specialist at a hospital system and the American Heart Association Training Center Coordinator. Lisa is my co-worker. She is an administrative assistant in my department and works very closely with me to complete the duties required to process American Heart Association rosters. In her duties, she interacts with customers, both internal and external. Our customers are always very pleased with the service she provides. Lisa is very conscientious about her work and goes above and beyond to make sure that all of her duties are performed promptly and correctly.
