About Lili

I'm currently a gymnastics coach and have years of experience helping children grow in confidence, coordination, and creativity through movement. Coaching has taught me how to connect with kids of all ages, support their development, and bring energy, patience, and positivity to every interaction. Outside of coaching, I'm finishing up my undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota, majoring in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Justice with a minor in Business. My studies have deepened my understanding of child development, safety, and communication, and I bring that knowledge into every babysitting or child care job I take. I'm dependable, attentive, and genuinely enjoy building connections with kids and families. Whether it's helping with routines, homework, or playtime, I'm here to make your life easier while giving your child a safe and fun experience. Looking forward to meeting you!
