I started babysitting when I was 14 years old. That continued once I started working in the food and beverage industry at 16. Since then, I ve held jobs in restaurants, coffee shops, and salons. I am currently licensed in Cosmetology and spent the last year managing a children s salon. I have extensive experience with children and parents of all ages, personalities, and disabilities. I recently moved from Colorado to Florida and would like the opportunity to work closely with a family or families long term. I am passionate about helping people in general and although I don t have children myself, I know the importance of patience and consistency in a caretaker role. My time in a children s salon sharpened my organizational, managerial, and multitasking skills, but even more so increased my love for children. In my personal life, my family, friends, and my dogs are everything to me. I avoid drama and I don t have any obligations that would interfere with my open availability.
