I'd describe myself as empathetic, driven, and organized. I love working with kids because they bring me so much joy and energy. I have a younger sister and have been in a caregiving role since I was young, which led me to start babysitting at 13. I've since worked as a camp counselor and swim instructor, gaining hands-on experience with kids of all ages. I'm creative and love planning fun, engaging activities while always prioritizing safety. I adapt easily to each child's needs and understand that behaviors and emotions can vary day to day. I also value open, honest communication with parents and aim to build strong, trusting relationships. I hope to pursue a career in medicine as a pediatrician or neonatologist, so working with children is especially meaningful to me.
