I've 35 years of professional nanny experience, have worked from NY to Hawaii. I specialize in the care and education special needs children, the physically handicapped, and infants, Currently my employer of 10 years keeps me on for a few hours a week, even though the children are grown and don't require a full time caregiver, the kids still want me around. I'd like to offer another family my experience, and also get me out of the house once in a while, so it's beneficial for both of us. I hold a current certification of para-educator and have been employed with the school districts teaching k-6 curriculum. I speak Spanish and have a working knowledge of ASL. I'm very comfortable with animals, all dogs, livestock, and otherwise. I prefer not to have to lift bales of hay for equine/goats, etc.. as my back prefers to lift 40 pounds or less. My references are stellar. My employer will confirm that I have NEVER been late or unavailable for the last 10 years.
