About Lauren

Registered Nurse. I am a recent graduate from the University of San Francisco with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN). I have a goal of becoming a Pediatric or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Also, I recently received my Master's of Science in Behavioral Health (MSBH) this past August 2019. I worked at Camp Galileo Innovation of Learning as a Team Leader to first and second graders. They lit up my world! I loved making them laugh, listening to their stories, and being someone they could trust and feel comfortable with. All children really want is to be validated. I have great instincts around children and can sense when they are in pain or need encouragement. I enjoy playing games with children and learning new things through a child's eyes. I want his/hers parents to know that their child is in excellent hands, and that I make it my mission to keep their child happy and safe.

Lauren has cared for my son quite a bit now. He warmed up to her immediately, which is unusual for his shy nature. She is so sweet and patient with him. I can always depend on her to be there when she's scheduled and she has never cancelled on me.
