About Lauren

Hi! I'm Lauren, a friendly and approachable babysitter with a genuine passion for helping children grow, learn, and thrive. With years of experience caring for kids ages 2-14, including both neurotypical children and those on the autism spectrum. I believe in creating safe, supportive, and an engaging environment where kids can be themselves! Whether that means playing outside, diving into puzzles or board games, or playing video games together. I am committed to have a strong and effective communication with parents, I offer daily reports, thoughtful updates at pick up, or I'll connect using what method work best for you. I like to set healthy boundaries with children as well to keep in structural controls as well as keeping things consistent and positive. More about me, I am currently in the process of applying to nursing school. I also recently graduated from IUB with a Bachelor's in Psychology. Go hoosiers!!!
