Hi there! My name is Lauren and I am an elementary teacher in the Toledo area. In May, I graduated from BGSU with my bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. My degree is dual- meaning that I am able to teach general education as well as special education. I went on to receive my Reading Endorsement which allows me to teacher reading to student K-12th. Working with children of various ages is truly a passion of mine. I love working with children one on one or in small groups. Making lessons personalized for student's needs comes easy to me. I have experience working with special needs children as well. I work at a special needs camp during the summer as the lead preschool teacher. I also am certified in CPR and first aid. I love animals and am comfortable around them. I am willing to do light housework/meal prep and whatever else you desire. I do have a safe reliable car, and a clean driving record.
