About Lauren

I graduate in 2020 from Valley Christian High School where I attended from 7th-12th grade. I participated in many extracurriculars and clubs including 3 different volunteer programs involving children and education. I have a Early Child Development associates degree from The Childcare Education Institute. I worked at Crossroads Christian School as the 2/3's preschool teacher for 3 years and have been babysitting for 6. I believe I would be beneficial addition because I love engaging with children and I am reliable, adaptable, and experienced. I truly love working with kids, and approach every child as an individual I get to help grow and teach. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, fun loving, and integrous. In my spare time, I like to draw, read, play softball and soccer, and spend time with family. My skills include creativity, communication, and behavior management. One thing you should know about me is one of my passions is encouraging character growth in kids :)
