I've worked in human services most of my career, started in customer service and hospitality. I've worked as an office clerk and at a law firm editing important documents, assembling case files and translating declarations. I have a strong background in writing, grammar and editing in both English and Spanish. I've also worked as a patient care advocate so I know how to navigate the complicated medical world and insurance, as well as assembling patient care management plans.
