My interests include surfing, traveling, spending time with friends and family. My experience working with kids/adults with living with disabilities go back to when I was a child. My mom worked at a school in Massachusetts that focused on educational and vocational services to children and young adults with multiple disabilities, assisting them to achieve their maximum level of independence in all aspects of life. With that being said I was around it at a young age constantly volunteering summers to help out. As of recent I have worked for a non-profit organization for the past 5 years in Boston, MA called AccesSportAmerica. AccesSportAmerica's programs are designed to promote each person's highest physical and athletic potential while cultivating social and emotional well-being. We created a community where differences are diminished, blurred and often erased. We emphasized the need to "train for life" and design programs to build a community of relationships.

I've known and worked with Kyle over the past 5 years. He first came to us as a volunteer and very soon became one of our most valued employees. He is an incredible trainer and an even more impressive friend within our community. Kyle, as you soon may know, is indefatigable. Especially when people living with challenges are involved he will work tirelessly in the hope of improving their day and life. We train people living with challenges and disabilities toward higher function. We offer a wide range of sports to help people seem themselves as athletes and then we train them to gain levels in function. Kyle learned all of our sports as well as our training techniques within the gym setting. He is ever hopeful and always looking toward innovation. This is an extremely gifted individual with a keen intellect, great athletic skills, strong character and body, mixed in with a kind heart. I've seen him help manipulate athlete s gait patterns for hours in a day without complaint. I've also seen him engage athletes living with autism in great skill and imagination. In short, I highly recommend Kyle to you and know he will be a great asset to your program.
