I have worked with Wisconsin Early Autism Project for 3 years and recently moved to Chicago! I worked with 3 kids with autism under the ages of 7. I taught social, life, and motor skills to children with autism in their homes and also successfully communicated with their parents about plans to further improve their skills. Additionally, I worked as an AmeriCorps camp counselor and this last summer a supervisor at Ramapo for Children in New York. The camp is for children with special needs so I worked 24 hours a day supervising, playing, and caring for kids with autism or behavioral issues.
