I am a fun loving kind individual who loves kids of all ages and has been working with them since 1999. I currently work in the field of behavioral health with a little girl who's 8. The agency I work for contracts me to go into whatever schools that need a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)which is my title. I have been with the company almost 2 years and I have learned a great deal! Before then I worked in Childcare for 14 years where I worked in all classrooms with different ages and I also helped out the administrators when needed. I have received numerous training's and overall just lot's of experience. I'm patient and caring and I understand the challenges that you sometimes face with working with children with special needs and behavior issues because I do it daily at my full time job. I am just about done with my Bachelor's degree of Science in Human Services. I work all year around except for mid July to Mid August due to the Summer program at the school I work for being over.
