Hi! My name is Diva, but everyone calls me Dee dee. I am a 51-year-old mother of six (ages 31 to 9 years) and a grandmother of six (ages 11 to 1), who loves children and pets! I basically raised two families as my first three children are 31, 25 and 24 and my second three are 14, 9 and 9. You could almost say I'm working on my third since I help out as much as possible with my grandchildren, as well. As a means of making extra money for my family, I thought what better way than to utilize my years of experience, talent and love of children! I am available part time to care for your child(ren) in your home or mine. I have a clean driving record and background check, am certified in CPR and know first aid, but most importantly have a loving nature that children really seem to connect with. I'm willing to care for any age child, but must say that infants are my specialty! My fifth and sixth children are twins, one of whom was born with a hole in his heart. As a result, he required open heart surgery at 2 weeks old and additional special care subsequent to his surgery. My twins are nine now and both are doing very well. I am not only experienced but very comfortable caring for a child who requires special medical or occupational attention. I am an excellent cook and would be willing to start dinner or throw in a load of laundry for you if that is helpful. I will be happy to discuss my experience and answer any questions you may have.
