Hello, My name is Kristy and I have vast experience working with kids in the LA area! I have worked with kids of various ages from 2 years old to High School seniors. I have 4 years of experience as a Behavior Therapist but much more working in the school setting (i. e: Teaching Aide, Tutor, and Substitute Teaching). As a Behavior Therapist, I had the opportunity to work with kids and adults on the Autism Spectrum and other diagnosis such as Down Syndrome, ADHD, and ODD. My job consisted of 1:1 therapy sessions implementing interventions from Functional Communication Training, Social Skills, Feeding programs, toilet training, Academics, and much more! I am passionate about working with people with disabilities (kids and adults alike) because much work is put into the milestones they reach and I love finding the right accommodations to promote future independence.

Kristy is such an awesome person to work with! She is very diligent, communicative, and reliable. Her and I have worked with individuals who have special needs and she is SO amazing with building that rapport by being attentive and supportive of everyone involved in her care.
