Highly recommend hiring Kristen! She was reliable, kind, responsive, and importantly, the kids loved her. She showed up early and even brought kid activities, demonstrating that she thought ahead about the kids’ needs. When the kids needed redirecting or distracting, she did so gently and effectively. She has a calm demeanor, which was also helpful. We couldn’t recommend her more! A five star caretaker for sure!
