From ages 15-19 I always spent my summers babysitting up to two children. I spent two summers assisting in running a summer recreation program where I had to keep children occupied. I plan and execute activities for them to do and assist on field trips. I now have two children of my own. Caring for my kids has really become what I love most. Although I am working a full time job at the moment I am looking to find a part time position so I can be with my children more. When I began searching for the perfect part time job it occurred to me that I should try applying for a job that dealt with caring for children since I love it so much! The full time job I have is in retail. I have worked for this company for over 9 years now. I started as a sales associate and moved my way up through various assistant management positions until I received a promotion into my own store. These positions have helped me become extremely quick and efficient in all I do. My assistant manager positions have given me skills required to support someone daily by being delegated tasks/errands. My ability to connect with people of all ages has increased through the years. I have a very wide range of daily experiences with many kinds of people and would love to find the work I'm looking for!
