About Kori

Hello! my name is Kori and I have a little over 20 years of experience in childcare in both home positions as well as facility based education. I've worked with all ages from newborn to elementary and I've worked with all types of families and kids. I would describe my childcare style as gentle but not permissive, and I love working with parents as a team, at my last daycare I even won the Parent Whisperer award for my collaborative works with infant parents. I firmly believe that children are just tiny little people learning how to be people, and respect from them must be earned just like any other person. In my spare time, I like to read, hike, play with my dog, cook, craft, and play video games! My skills include communication. I love to learn new skills right alongside my kids. And I do a pretty spot on Ms. Rachel impression.
