Having Barbara as our nanny was very difficult. If you have basic preferences you would like your nanny to follow (for example, consistently using hand sanitizer after changing a diaper), I would not recommend Barbara. She had difficulty following simple instructions and there were “miscommunications” nearly everyday. We tried to work with her through several issues. However, there were last minute unexcused absences which were extremely difficult to accommodate. Finally, towards the end of her employment, there was a safety issue that occurred.
