I worked at a Montessori preschool for 4 years before having my own children ages 15 and 13. I have been a stay at home mom for over 15 years managing 2 daughters that participate in competitive club soccer, private training while simultaneously managing the household and finances. I am constantly multi-tasking and working with many different personalities/people throughout my day. As a caregiver to your children, I would treat them not as just their babysitter, rather I would look after them the same way I would take care of my own two girls. As a personal assistant to you, I would demonstrate my ability to make sure the job gets done as quickly as possible while maintaining the level of integrity that I expect out of myself when dealing with my own family's activities.
