Kelsey was nanny to my 3yo for over a year. She was amazingly caring, patient and thoughtful. She would always take extra care to think about activities that would be fun and developmental. She was always punctual and communicative. She was able to calmly navigate typical 3yo emotions and energy. My child absolutely adored her, and we're lucky she had Kelsey to care for her in that stage of her life.
