My qualifications include: - High school group called Helping Hands (2004-2008), which I assisted in special education classrooms - Volunteered for special Olympics twice - Education program in college, pursuing elementary special education (2010-2012): I student taught in various special education classrooms at various grade levels - Respite Care Provider & Community Living Services worker (2010-2014): I worked with individual families doing in-home care for children with various disabilities such as Autism, Aspergers, Emotional Impairments, Learning Disabilities, & Schizophrenia -Worked with these children on basic living skills (doing laundry, making bed, tying shoes, etc.), helped with their homework (math, reading, writing, and spelling), enforced proper behavior at home and in public, and enforced following directions
