I spoke to Christopher several times before having an interview with Chris because I live in NC & he is in SC. I found him to be professional, kind calming & intelligent. He was well spoken & dressed neatly, he met with my mother who is 85 she immediately was drawn to him, she thought she had indeed met him before, I could tell he was college educated. Chris has a good personality & had a plan of action for my mother caregiving which I found wonderful.
